Returns and Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot except returns. Cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, which would mean we would have to discard the product. For this reason we have a strict no-return policy after our items have shipped. All sales are final.

If however, your package has arrived damaged or was incorrect please contact us at lemonsandlavender@fastmail.com, so that we can make it right! 

Customers may contact us about any issue within 30 days of when the order was delivered.
